Review the core principles of Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA).
Refresh knowledge of risk assessment and management strategies for violent and aggressive behavior.
Reinforce de-escalation techniques and safe intervention practices.
Update skills in applying physical interventions and restraints safely and effectively.
Understand any new legal or policy developments related to PMVA practices.
Gain confidence in handling challenging situations through practical exercises and role-play scenarios.
